A cultura amapaense ganhou mais um importante capítulo no Arraial do Meio do Mundo. Ao lado do governador Clécio Luís, os prefeitos @brunomineiroprefeito e @kelleylobatoap prestigiaram a sanção da nova Lei de Incentivo à Cultura e da Lei do Plano Estadual de Cultura, um marco para o fortalecimento das políticas culturais e para a valorização dos artistas, das tradições e da identidade do nosso estado.
